         This Terms and Conditions are made and entered into by and between the Dominant Capital with the website https://dominantcapital.io and the associate/s.

         I am of legal age (18 years old and above) who fully understood all the transactions related herein and the risk associated thereof:

*That the associate/s agreed that upon activation of the account no refunds will be made.

*That If I am caught manufacturing, tampering, fabricating, cross-endorsing, or editing bank/remittances slip, Dominant Capital may impose sanctions or deactivate my account permanently with or without my consent.
